Which measures are in place at Be Home during COVID19?
The current situation is challenging for everyone. At Be Home, we took all preventive measures. Our staff is mainly working from home but are reachable by phone or e-mail. Specific measures have been implemented at our warehouse ensuring a high level of health security. We closely follow the instructions from the national authorities.
Can I postpone my order due to COVID19?
Of course, in these difficult circumstances, Be Home wants to help its customers. All orders can be postpone at no costs up until situation gets better. We are conscious that your activity could restart slowly. We will therefore wait the time you will need. Your Be Home order should not be a source of concern.
Can you ship orders during COVID19?
Yes, we can ship orders. Due to circumstances, orders are shipped in 48 hours (instead of 24 hours) after receipt of payment. Our transport company is having a delay of 1 to 2 days compare to normal situation.
What should I do if my shop is closed and therefore I can’t receive my order during COVID19?
Please take contact with us. We will keep your order in our warehouse up until the reopening of your shop.

How can I change my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepayment only.
When can I expect to receive the items that did not ship on my order?
In case of partial delivery, we always notify our customers in advance. All backordered items ship as soon as they become available unless notified otherwise.
What is your shipping damages policy?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully and notify us of any damages. In the case of damaged product please email us pictures of the products along with the item number, PO# or invoice to email@example.com. Damages incurred during shipping must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Our products are shipped form our warehouse in Belgium. Our products are sourced all over the world from places such as Tunisia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bolivia and many more.
